Honey-scented black tea belongs to the category of fully fermented black tea, giving the processed tea leaves a unique fruity and honey aroma. The tea leaves undergo chemical changes, resulting in a natural honey flavor, ripe fruit, and floral fragrance after processing. During the brewing process, a waft of honey aroma is released, and upon tasting, the flavor is smooth and sweet.

The Gaomei Wetlands are located on the southern side of the outflow of the Dajia River at Taichung. The muddy and sandy shores, combined with the adjacent river mouth and marsh areas, nurture a complex wetland ecosystem. Over 120 species of birds have been documented in this area, making it an important ecological conservation zone and a great spot in Taichung for birdwatching and enjoying sunsets.
I really appreciate the symbolism associated with dusk. There's a saying I once came across: "Discover the beauty of every twilight in your life and understand that the sun will rise again tomorrow. The end is just a new beginning." Sunsets come in many forms, and I chose to depict the most typical orange-red scenery. These colors give me warmth and hope.
