Moderately fermented Jin Xuan oolong has a delicate milky fragrance, offering a sweet and refreshing taste with a golden-colored soup that remains enjoyable over time.

I want to emphasize the unique species and characteristic plants in Alishan, as the Alishan Forest Railway and related forestry attractions are already well-known. On the other hand, Alishan itself is home to an incredibly diverse range of unique plant species, characterized by small, delicate forms and interesting shapes. In choosing between cultural landscapes and natural ecology, my inclination has always been towards the influence of natural plants and the landscapes of the earth. Hence, I've chosen various postures of these plants, hoping to capture the beauty of Alishan's unique flora.
