Red oolong specialty of Tai Tung County is heavily oxidation and emphasizes roasting. It has a light honey and fragrant fruit aroma. Tea is rolled into small ball shapes and tea liquor color is dark amber.

During the Japanese colonial period, the Japanese government once attempted to build Taiwan into "Japan's Darjeeling." However, with the end of World War II and the withdrawal of Japan, the Darjeeling project came to an end. The foundation laid during the Japanese occupation period has continued to affect Taiwan's tea industry to this day. This period of history fascinates me deeply, and it may be gradually forgotten and unknown. I hope to record it through illustrations.
